We don't "report" to our bosses and wait for their decisions. We pursue a culture of "sharing" thoughts and opinions that will let us move forward in a better direction.

Get-togethers are meant to promote intimate and frank communication, but in reality, they feel like a waste of time with top-down scheduling and coercive drinking culture. Therefore, we have a cup of coffee, rather than a pint of beer, when spending quality time with each other.

We are all outstanding at what we do, but that is not what matters the most. The highest performance is achieved when GREWs combine their strength and work togehter. We believe that a single step together bears more significance than ten steps alone.
